Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will be part of a fantastic crew servicing vehicles and supporting a broad range of preventative maintenance tasks.

The position offers full- and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program and competitive pay range ($12.54–$18.81 per hour). Bridgestone emphasizes growth, training, and fair compensation across its stores nationwide.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical task capability.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive issues including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
