Job summary

NCR Atleos in Tampa, FL is seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician I to service ATMs at customer sites. You’ll receive hands-on training, perform basic troubleshooting, and represent the NCR Atleos brand with on-site professionalism and clear communication using our service app.

You need a High School Diploma or equivalent, be authorized to work in the US, hold a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel and lift equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Represent NCR Atleos on-site at customer locations and communicate via the service app.
• Diagnose problems from ATM error logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs both indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates and details of work performed, including call closures.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records, report hours and miles daily.
• Follow safety procedures and complete company trainings.
