Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC in Dayton, OH is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM). This role includes an 18–24 month paid training program in branch operations and management, after which you may lead your own branch with relocation support.

Your focus is on helping customers meet financial goals, originating new loan business, guiding applications, and presenting credit options. A relocation package is provided for promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer-relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet background/credit checks and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligible for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products; background check required.
• Willing to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves >50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and help with loan applications.
• Assist in evaluating loan applications, risk analysis, credit decisions, closings, and claims.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales plans.
• Grow the branch and advance to Branch Manager opportunities.
