Job summary

Republic Finance is hiring for an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in a 100% onsite role in Texas. The position includes a clear path to management, a competitive salary of $45,000 plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000, and comprehensive benefits.

You will train for 18–24 months, learn branch operations, originate loans, educate customers on lending options, and support management in recruiting and sales planning. Relocation is covered for longer moves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills are desirable but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance with satisfactory driving record.
• Must pass criminal background, credit checks, and a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance.
• Full relocation package is provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet financial goals and originate new loan business by contacting customers.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services, credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Assist customers through the loan application process and make payment reminder calls.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and make credit decisions.
• Administer loan closings and process insurance claims.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing sales plans.
• Promote core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Support relocation when advancing to Branch Manager.
