This role offers a clear path to management, a competitive base salary of $45,000 with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on all consumer lending services and how to improve credit.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing plans to meet sales goals.
• Promote core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
