Job summary

Republic Finance is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Texas with a clear path to management. The role offers a competitive $45,000 base salary per year, paid hourly, plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging about $8,000 annually.

The position is 100% onsite and comes with a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) match after one year. You will undergo an 18–24 month paid training program, learn branch operations, and then manage your own branch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Sales or related field).
• 1+ year customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves >50 miles.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet background checks and pre-employment screening requirements.
• Eligibility to obtain insurance licensing for selling voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Complete 18–24 month on-the-job paid training for branch operations and management.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales plans to meet targets.
• Originate new loan business by engaging with current and potential customers.
• Educate customers on lending options, credit improvement, and debt consolidation.
• Process loan applications, perform risk analysis, and manage closings and claims.
