Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA seeks a proactive Business Support Specialist to assist users and maintain in-house applications. You will monitor admin changes, troubleshoot with cross-functional teams, and help document processes and FAQs.

The ideal candidate has a systems support background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn new software quickly. This is a full-time role with standard hours and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in life sciences, computer science, or related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Prior experience in a systems support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new software functionality and systems.
• Understanding of business process flow and design.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve user inquiries for in-house applications.
• Monitor and manage administrative changes for optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues in applications.
• Assist in documenting support processes, FAQs, and system updates.
• Provide end-user training and guidance on application use.
• Identify recurring issues and work with development to improve UX.
• Assist in user account management and system configuration adjustments.
• Stay up to date with application updates and changes.
