Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a proactive Business Support Specialist to join our team. This role provides frontline assistance to users of our in-house applications, resolves inquiries, and coordinates administrative changes to keep systems operating smoothly.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, help document support processes, and deliver end-user training when needed, while staying current with application updates to continuously improve the user

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a systems support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Capability to learn new software functionality and systems.
• Understanding of business process flow and design.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve user inquiries, providing timely support for in-house applications.
• Monitor and manage administrative changes within the system to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the applications.
• Assist in the documentation of support processes, FAQs, and system updates.
• Provide end-user training and guidance on the proper use of applications when needed.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the development team to improve the user experience.
• Assist in user account management and system configuration adjustments.
• Stay up to date with application updates and changes to ensure continuous system improvement.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be essential in providing assistance to users, solving inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of in‑house developed applications. The ideal candidate will be able to monitor and implement necessary administrative changes within the system and serve as a primary point of contact for technical and application‑related support.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a systems support role

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree in life sciences, computer science, or another related science or engineering curriculum

• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is Full-time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with additional hours, as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
