Job summary

Raytheon’s Effector RF Design Department is seeking a current student for an RF design position to contribute to detailed design, testing, and integration on multiple programs. You’ll design RF hardware for radar and datalink applications, work in a lab on characterization, and collaborate across teams to meet strict mechanical and environmental constraints.

Successful candidates will have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering by start date, coursework in RF/EM theory, and lab electronics

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field by start date.
• Electronics, analog, RF design, or electromagnetics coursework.
• Laboratory experience with electronics.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize RF circuits, from chains to individual parts.
• Lab work for component characterization and module verification/integration.
• Support design of RF/mixed-signal circuits and CCAs.
• Schematic capture and detailed design activities.
• Present reviews and briefings to internal leaders and customers.
