Job summary

Eastern Lift Truck Co. in Newark, DE is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Associate to support our local operations. You will build relationships with customers, develop sales strategies, and assist with territory coverage while delivering outstanding service.

The role offers a $55–$60K annual base salary (BOE) and a company vehicle once you begin visiting customers, plus comprehensive benefits and a family‑oriented culture.

What You'll Do

As an Aftermarket Sales Associate, you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Follow up with customers to identify parts and service needs
• Support experienced sales team members and assist with customer coverage
• Learn our products, services, and aftermarket business
• Identify opportunities to grow parts and service sales
• Help solve customer problems and provide excellent customer service
• Develop new customer relationships within your assigned territory
• Visit customer locations and learn firsthand how our solutions support their operations

What We're Looking For

Sales experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and desire to grow.

Compensation & Growth

• $55,000 - $60,000 annual base salary (based on experience)
