RTX in Wilson, NC is seeking an entry-level assembler for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM). You will set up, assemble, and load parts, read instructions, maintain quality standards, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Overtime and weekend availability may be required; safe handling of tools and adherence to EH&S policies are essential. Qualified applicants typically have a HS diploma or GED; CRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED or vocational/technical education in related discipline.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• CRC certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, assemble, and load parts.
• Demonstrate proper use of hand and machine tools with basic troubleshooting.
• Read and follow procedures, routing, and work instructions.
• Ensure products meet quality standards with no defects; identify defects and escalate.
• Build parts that meet customer deadlines while maintaining safety/quality.
• Comply with quality systems and training requirements.
• Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement activities.
• Rotate to different workstations as needed.
• Follow EH&S policies and wear PPE at all times.
