Job summary

RTX in Wilson, NC is seeking an entry-level assembler for routine assembly operations. You will learn to set up, assemble, and load parts, read basic instructions, and work with simple tools in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

The position is on-site, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime as needed. Candidates should have a HS diploma or equivalent and at least one year of manufacturing experience; CRC is strongly preferred and safety training will be provided.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent (US)
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Career Readiness Certification (CRC) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble, and load parts as directed.
• Read and follow procedures, routing and work instructions.
• Maintain quality workmanship and safety standards.
• Rotate through workstations as needed and participate in continuous improvement plans.
• Report progress and any issues to supervisor promptly.
