Responsibilities include invoicing, 3-way matching, and assisting with month-end close, while maintaining accurate vendor records and payment timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in accounting is a plus.
• 0–2 years of clerical or accounting support experience; AP experience a plus.
• Strong data entry accuracy and document handling.
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple invoices.
• Professional communication with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices accurately with correct coding and vendor details.
• Perform three-way match of PO, receiving docs, and invoices for approval.
• Digitally file AP docs, invoices, payments, and vendor correspondence.
• Assist in weekly payment runs with approved invoices and docs.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice and payment status.
• Support month-end close tasks including AP aging reports.
