Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; accounting coursework is a plus.
• 0–2 years of clerical/accounting support experience preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and ability to manage multiple invoices.

• Willingness to learn accounting systems and AP processes.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices accurately with correct coding and vendor data.
• Perform three-way match of orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Digitally file AP documents and support payment processing.
• Prepare weekly payment runs with approved invoices.
• Respond professionally to vendor inquiries on status.
• Assist with month-end close tasks and AP aging reports.
• Maintain vendor records and process employee expense reports.
• Support internal controls and special AP projects.
