Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of college coursework in business or accounting, or equivalent experience; four-year degree preferred.
• Credit union/banking experience preferred.
• Excellent math, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and classify financial transactions in accordance with policies and accounting principles.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with schedules and documentation.
• Maintain organized financial records to support audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
