The successful candidate will handle AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and related reporting, while collaborating across accounting functions. This full-time position offers a standard 45-hour workweek and benefits as described in the

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; bachelor's preferred.
• 1-3 years of accounting or internship experience.
• CPA a plus.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, debits/credits, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Experience with Excel and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day accounting activities: payables, receivables, GL entries, reconciliations.
• Prepare and review journal entries and supporting docs for accuracy.
• Process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and customer payments.
• Support month-end/quarter-end/year-end close with schedules and reports.
• Maintain organized financial records for internal review and audit.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and analysis for accounting leadership.
• Collaborate with general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, cost accounting and treasury teams.
