Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking an entry level Account Resolution Specialist for its Shared Service Center in the Denver Tech Center. You will contact delinquent account holders to collect payments and balance professionalism with timely collections.

Key duties include making calls, sending notices, processing filings, and establishing payment plans. Strong communication, negotiation, and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent account holders by phone or written correspondence to request payment.
• Prepare late notices, process filings, collect rent payments and manage warrants of restitution.
• Review eviction requirements and establish payment plans or alternatives for delinquent accounts.
• Follow up on payment plans and document collection activities; may recommend charge-offs.
