Responsibilities

• Balance professionalism with ensuring timely payments.
• Contact delinquent account holders by phone or written notice to bring accounts current.
• Prepare late notices, process filings, collect rent, and discuss payment plans.
• Follow up on payment plans and document collection activities; may recommend charge-offs.
