American Iron & Metal (AIM) in Colton, CA is hiring an Associate Account Manager, an entry-level role designed for recent graduates pursuing a career in sales and account management. After completing training, you’ll manage your own client portfolio, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work in both office and yard environments during training.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn the business end-to-end.

Responsabilités

• Completing extensive hands-on training in the yard, gaining experience in material flow, safety protocols, and metal recycling logistics.
• Supporting account managers with client relationships, pricing strategies, and account performance analysis.
• Learning negotiation techniques and understanding market dynamics to prepare for managing your own client portfolio.
• Collaborating with operations teams to ensure service excellence and deliver effective solutions.
• Transitioning to a full Account Manager after successful training, managing clients, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
• Assisting with reporting and data analysis to monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
