Brooksource is seeking an Associate Account Executive to solve business and technology challenges by building relationships with key decision-makers and delivering talent and consulting solutions.

You will run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, learn a consultative sales approach, develop client relationships, generate new opportunities, and meet with clients in person or virtually as part of a fast-paced, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Able to build relationships with business leaders and executives.
• Experience running full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Willing to learn a consultative, solution-focused sales approach.
• Strong communication and team-oriented mindset.
• Prior internship/leadership/athletics/customer-facing experience is a plus.
