You will manage a large book of business, nurture advertiser relationships, and lead client communications to drive performance and revenue growth across campaigns with our media and analytics teams. Based in New York, this role requires 3–5 years in digital performance marketing, exceptional organization, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and a proven track record of meeting budgets

Responsibilities

• Rapidly understand Fluent's inventory offerings, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources, and processes; articulate to clients.
• Manage large book of business; maintain relationships to meet/exceed client expectations.
• Monitor client budgets and prepare formal reviews to top clients.
• Lead all client communications including onboarding, reports, and meetings.
• Partner with Account Director to implement revenue-growth solutions.
• Communicate client KPIs internally for optimization.
• Proactively introduce new revenue opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding for campaigns across Sales, Creative, and Ops.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and optimization.
• Extend new business plans with established accounts.
• Oversee monthly billable numbers for invoicing.

What You\u0027ll Do:

• Rapidly gain a thorough understanding of Fluent\u0027s inventory offerings, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources, and processes and articulate them persuasively to new and existing clients
• Manage large book of business, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing advertisers, to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations and ensure long-term success
• Monitor client budgets, with a focus on increasing marketing budgets or spends / Prepare and present formal business reviews to top clients
• Serve as lead for all communication with client, including onboarding, performance feedback, creative changes, pacing reports, performance reports, client meetings, campaign recommendations, comprehensive strategy to enable revenue growth, etc.
• In partnership with Account Director, identify, create, and implement solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our clients. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on ad solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow business partnerships
• Understand client\u0027s key performance indicators, and clearly communicate these metrics internally for optimization
• Proactively introduce new revenue driving opportunities
• Manage the onboarding process for the product - flow of campaign builds with sales, creative design with media team, and tracking requirements with Ops team
• Work closely with teams internally to provide continued feedback and analysis, optimization suggestions and recommendations
• Formulate plans to extend new business, and additional channel distribution with established accounts
• Responsible for overseeing monthly billable numbers to finance for invoicing

• 3-5 years of relevant experience managing a book of business within digital performance marketing
• Experience in the digital performance space
• Extremely organized and meticulous, as you will manage many campaigns simultaneously
• Exceptional communicator
• Attentive to client budgets, spend targets, conscientious of revenue pacing, experienced in exercising sales skills
• Excellent math/analytical skills

Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
