Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Must meet standards for criminal history, credit history, and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; full relocation package for moves over 50 miles.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in meeting financial goals and originate loan business.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Process loan applications and perform risk analysis and credit decisions.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning.
• Promote core values and ensure outstanding customer experience.
