Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Clinician in Training to join our pediatric therapy team. This entry-level role pairs you with an experienced BCBA mentor to accelerate client progress and learn essential duties through a structured training sequence.

You will share a caseload, support team programming, participate in parent meetings, and assist with ongoing data management as you progress toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Current supervision hours toward BCBA credential (1650 hours) accrued.
• Interest in pediatric therapy and learning.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BA in the center who serves as a mentor and coach.
• Assist with the PS tasks related to shared clients; create materials for learners on caseload.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of the therapy materials for learners on caseload.
• Assist with CST for new hires who will be entering pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BIC’s as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming implemented by BCBA.
• Assist with the completion of monthly progress reports.
• Sits in on parent meetings, assists with material preparation for parent meetings and trainings.
• Assists with creating and changing charts and updating data sheets following a shared consult.
