Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Clinician in Training to join a center-based team that powers one-on-one autism therapy using natural play to teach foundational skills. The role includes shadowing, phased training, and eventual independent consults under BCBA supervision.

Our centers operate 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, serving children ages 2–9 in a supportive, growth-oriented setting. We emphasize a collaborative culture with ongoing trainings and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Supervision hours 1650 accrued.
• Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds).
• Supervision/BCBA supervision pathway in process or newly certified applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BA mentor.
• Assist with PS tasks related to shared clients and create learning materials.
• Assist in CST for new hires entering pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BICs as assigned by BCBA.
• Support ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming.
• Assist with monthly progress reports.
• Attend parent meetings and prepare materials for meetings and trainings.
• Help create and update charts and data sheets following a shared consult.
