Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Clinician in Training to join a dynamic team focused on transforming the lives of children with autism. The role emphasizes one-on-one play-based learning, data-driven progress, and collaboration with BCBA mentors to implement programming updates.

The position involves phased training, supervision hours, and contribution to parent meetings and materials.

Qualifications

• In supervision phase or newly certified and applying for licensure.
• 1650 supervision hours accrued.
• Ability to lift, transport and chase clients (minimum 30 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BA who mentors you.
• Assist with PS tasks related to shared clients and create materials for learners.
• Assist in CST for new hires entering pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BIC’s as assigned by BCBA.
• Support ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming.
• Assist with monthly progress reports.
