Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Clinician in Training to join our center-based team. You will work under mentorship through a phased training plan, shadowing then taking on consult responsibilities while supporting shared clients.

You will contribute to keeping materials organized, participate in parent meetings, and assist with ongoing programming updates and data reporting as you progress toward BCBA licensure.

Qualifications

• Love working with children and learning new skills.
• In supervision phase for BCBA or pursuing licensure.
• Willing to participate in center-based ABA program and training.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced clinician who mentors you.
• Assist with tasks related to shared clients and create learning materials.
• Assist in preparing materials for learners and maintaining therapy resources on caseload.
• Support CST for new hires entering the team as assigned by the BCBA.
• Assist with BICs as assigned by BCBA and with ongoing programming updates.
• Help complete monthly progress reports and data sheets for shared consultations.
• Participate in parent meetings and assist with material preparation for meetings and trainings.
• Create and update charts and data sheets following shared consults.
