Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Clinician in Training to join a motivated team focused on transforming the lives of children with autism. This entry-level role pairs you with an experienced BCBA mentor to accelerate client success through a structured CiT training sequence in a center-based setting.

Open Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, serving ages 2–9, with a path to independent consults and ongoing professional development, including on-site trainings and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Supervision hours 1650 accrued.
• In-process for BCBA exam or newly certified/licensure.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with a mentor BA/BCBA.
• Assist with PS tasks for shared clients.
• Create learning materials for caseload.
• Maintain and organize therapy materials.
• Assist CST for new hires entering pods.
• Support BICs as assigned by BCBA.
• Perform integrity checks and train BTs on new programming.
• Contribute to monthly progress reports.
• Prepare materials for parent meetings.
• Update charts and data sheets after consult.
