The role focuses on building client relationships, identifying transportation needs, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle. Competitive compensation includes base salary, commissions, and substantial first-year earning potential, with a standard weekday

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate; sales experience not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calls.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts.
• Identify customer transportation needs and provide Freight Flex logistics solutions.
• Prospect new business through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other sales activities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts.
• Grow customer relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
• Partner with internal operations and carrier teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
