Your Talent Team is presenting a Partner Opportunity in labor & employment and data privacy on a national platform. The firm seeks entrepreneurial Partners and Practice Groups to support growth across existing offices and targeted markets.

Ideal candidates bring established client relationships and a portable book of business, with flexibility in managing client relationships and billing practices. Strategic markets include Las Vegas, Reno, Seattle, and Houston, with strong opportunities for

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience practicing within a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Established portable book of business and a demonstrated record of client development and retention.
• Management-side Labor & Employment experience, including joht areas such as Employment Litigation, Traditional Labor, Labor Relations, Workplace Investigations, Wage & Hour, Counseling and Compliance.
• First-chair litigation experience is highly valued for employment litigation candidates.
• Data Privacy & Compliance experience.
• Strong client relationships and the ability to transition and integrate clients onto a new platform.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice while leveraging a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and workplace matters and data privacy compliance matters.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, welfare bargaining issues, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships while driving new business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys as appropriate.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives within targeted markets and practice areas.
• Contribute to a culture focused on responsiveness, excellence, collaboration, and client service.
