Job summary

Advanced Asset Management LLC is seeking an experienced Entrata Systems Analyst to support and optimize Entrata across its Texas property portfolio. You will troubleshoot issues, streamline workflows, maintain data accuracy, and lead Entrata implementations and onboarding initiatives.

The role involves collaborating with Operations, onsite teams, and leadership while creating SOPs, training materials, and documentation to improve efficiency and resident outcomes. Hybrid work options may apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in systems, operations, or property management technology.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Entrata is required.
• Hands-on experience supporting Entrata within multifamily property management.
• Strong understanding of property management workflows and operations.
• Experience with system troubleshooting, workflow analysis, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience creating SOPs, training materials, or system documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for Entrata across the property portfolio.
• Troubleshoot Entrata system, workflow, and data-related issues that impact the business
• Analyze and improve Entrata workflows and operational processes.
• Support Entrata implementations, upgrades, transitions, and new property onboarding.
• Assist the Corporate with providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
• Review system data and reports for accuracy and identify process gaps.
• Develop Entrata SOPs, user guides, and process documentation. Test and validate Entrata changes, workflows, and configurations.
• Train and support onsite and remote teams on Entrata processes.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, leadership, and Entrata support to resolve issues.
