AIR Communities in Denver is seeking a Business Applications Administrator to support Property Operations with Entrata Systems and other business applications in a collaborative, in-office setting.

TheBusiness Applications AdministratorsupportsAIR Communities’ Property Operations teams by administering, configuring, troubleshooting, and improving key business applications, with a primary focus onEntrata Systems. This rolepartnerswith business stakeholders, IT, and vendors toresolve issues, maintain system integrity,andsupport technology initiatives that improve property operations.
Administer, configure, and support Entrata and other business applications used by Property Operations.
Provide Tier 3 functional and technical support for escalated user issues, system questions, and troubleshooting needs.
Configure settings, security roles, permissions, workflows, document mapping, and automated document tools.
Maintain application data integrity, change control documentation, directories, process records, and reporting support.
Partner with IT, business teams, and third-party vendors to resolve system issues and improve application performance.
Support property operations technology initiatives, including project coordination, meeting facilitation, timeline tracking, and budget awareness.
Demonstrated consistency, follow-through, and interest in building deep subject-matter expertise over time.
Comfortable collaborating in person with cross-functional teams and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Customer-focused mindset with sound judgment, accuracy, and responsiveness.

3–5 years of hands-on experience with Entrata Systems, property management software, or business applications in a multifamily real estate environment.
Experience configuring application settings, security roles, permissions, workflows, or administrative controls.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and internal customer support skills.
Ability and interest to work in office as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
