Job summary

AIG is seeking a Corporate Secretary Operations & Technology Analyst to support entity management and data integrity within the Global Legal, Compliance & Regulatory organization. You will act as the lead System Administrator for the entity management system, ensuring quality data, reporting, and scalable processes.

You will collaborate with GLCR Technology and clients to tailor solutions, review specs, oversee testing, and deploy platform improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in system admin and/or entity management in professional services or legal environment.
• Process-driven with a track record of delivering results in large, regulated global environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Paralegal qualification and entity management experience.
• BA or equivalent degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary System Administrator for entity management system, owning data quality, integrity and reporting.
• Partner with GLCR Technology and clients to create and implement technical solutions.
• Review functional specs, create technical design and oversee testing activities.
• Analyze entity data for inconsistencies and implement sustainable fixes.
• Lead technical deployment of platform maintenance releases and enhancements.
• Respond to user issues and address specialized requests/questions.
• Research and resolve non-routine entity management technical queries.
• Maintain project and technical documentation repository.
• Manage production, delivery and QA of all entity management reporting.
• Support board management platform in partnership with senior tech resources for global meetings.
