Acumenian (now Consertus) is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to lead global entity management and support corporate governance across domestic and international entities. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will manage formations, registrations, annual reports, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires at least 3+ years in corporate paralegal or entity management, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a proactive, organized approach.

Competenze

• 3+ years in corporate paralegal, entity management, or legal operations.
• BS/BA from an accredited university preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Lead global entity management including formations, registrations, amendments, mergers, and dissolutions.
• Manage portfolio of U.S. and international entities, ensuring good standing and renewals.
• Maintain entity data and filings, licenses, tax registrations, and compliance.
• Form new entities, review formation documents, set up accounts and service providers.
• Maintain and update the company’s organizational chart.
• Maintain centralized entity data and oversee data quality and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
• Support board meetings and corporate proceedings across multiple time zones.
• Manage powers of attorney and authorized signatory lists; handle notarization and legalization.
