You will work closely with the Governance team and executive leadership to ensure timely execution of regulatory filings, board materials, and corporate actions across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 15+ years of directly relevant governance experience.
  • Experience with board of directors and senior management.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual compliance and governance for entities across multiple regions.
  • Manage US registrations across all states and territories.
  • Support audits and regulatory inquiries and maintain records/databases.
  • Assist with shareholder lifecycle processes and issuance/repurchase activities.
  • Liaise with internal/external parties to meet project timelines and compliance requirements.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and educate teams on best practices.
