Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Entity Management Associate I to support maintenance of the legal entity portfolio, prepare filings, and assist with regulatory requests. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-up in a fast-paced environment.

You will work under senior team members, coordinate with agents and partners, and contribute to the lifecycle events of entities including formations, annual reports, and updates. On-site presence in Grand Rapids is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have strong computing skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to follow established procedures, work independently after instructions, and collaborate with team members.
• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-motivated, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, organizes, tracks, and maintains legal entity records, documents, and filing information for assigned entities.
• Prepares and submits routine entity filings, including formations, foreign qualifications, annual reports, amendments, assumed name registrations, and withdrawals.
• Supports entity changes arising from mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, name changes, officer and director updates, and other lifecycle events.
• Maintains entity information in internal systems and ensures records are complete, accurate, current, and properly documented.
• Coordinates with internal partners, registered agents, state agencies, and third-party service providers to obtain information and resolve routine filing matters.
• Monitors filing deadlines, status updates, renewal requirements, and follow-up items; escalates potential issues timely.
