Job summary

AIG Employee Services, Inc. is seeking a Vendor & Financial Administration Analyst to manage financial affairs for GLCR, including budgeting, forecasting, and accruals.

You will interact with law firms and vendors to ensure accurate invoicing and spend transparency, while developing KPIs and supporting strategic planning. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of finance or legal operations experience, a BA degree, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive finance, legal operations, legal vendor management, or other corporate experience.
• BA degree or equivalent.
• Experience in legal forecasting and budgeting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a regimented, financial calendar-anchored environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to manage the financial affairs of GLCR, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, allocations, and accruals.
• Develops and monitors financial and vendor management key performance indicators.
• Communicates with law firms and legal vendors on expense/invoice submission and maintains relationships with billing departments to ensure accurate information exchange.
• Provides financial analysis and forecasting to support planning and decision-making; assists in vendor management.
• Prepares detailed financial and matter management reports and presents findings to GLCR leadership.
• Ensures compliance with financial and vendor management policies and regulations.
