Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking two detail-oriented Annual Reports and Entity Management Specialists to join our team. You will file annual reports for clients' entities across multiple states, prioritize due dates, and coordinate with the on-shore team to obtain necessary information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate compliance, entity management, or related field.
• Familiarity with state databases and annual report filing processes.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Knowledge of legal processes and service of process procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• File annual reports for clients' entities in multiple states, prioritizing submissions based on due dates and coordinating with the on-shore team for necessary information from clients.
• Conduct audits of entity lists by gathering information such as date of formation, current standing, entity ID#, and registered agent details from state databases.
• Confirm receipt of service of process by contacting clients and ensuring documentation is uploaded to our portal and sent via email.
