Responsibilities

• Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries about RASi's services and the role of a registered agent.
• Resolve moderately complex customer issues and complaints.
• Manage annual report submission process using RASi’s proprietary database and worksite.
• Follow up on reporting issues; gather client data, signatures, and documents.
• Onboard Annual Report Services clients.
• Coordinate with other RASi teams regarding delays or issues in compliance processes.
• Document and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
• Update and maintain customer records.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to compliance and quality standards.
