Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong U.S. accounting knowledge and real estate industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage financial statements, reconciliations, payroll, and compliance while delivering clear insights to leadership.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, analyzing trends, and creating presentations for executives. Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks Pro, and Xero is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro and Xero (certifications preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, payments, and payroll.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, generate insights, and create charts and presentations for executives.
• Analyze key metrics, identify trends, and research market conditions to support strategic planning.
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize operations and profitability.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions for financial analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
