Caesars Entertainment's Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino seeks an Events, Promotions & Entertainment Associate-On Call to support our events, promotions, sponsorships and entertainment preparation, support and execution.

You will appear at events, greet guests, assist with questions, handle ticketing at Box Office, set up for events, unpack promotional items, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior events and entertainment background preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors/indoors as needed.

Responsabilités

• Appears at events, casino parties, concerts and performances as required.
• Greets and assists customers as a company representative.
• Assists guests with questions about events, promotions and entertainment.
• Processes show tickets for guests, including comp and cash transactions.
• Generates revenue by selling show tickets at Box Office and by phone.
• Set up and tear down for large events and shows, including moving equipment.
• Unpack promotional items and prepare gifts for distribution.
• Performs light clerical work and data entry.
• Works with events team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
