Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant to lead Workday integrations for Enterprise customers. You will partner with Customer Activation, Account Management, and internal Product/Engineering teams to design scalable financial solutions and drive successful implementations.

You will define success criteria from onboarding to expansion, explain technical concepts to finance stakeholders, and ensure alignment with Ramp's ERP integration capabilities across large, multi-entity deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, finance, or business.
• 4+ years in technical consulting or a similar customer-facing role.
• 3+ years hands-on with Workday, including integration patterns.
• Deep familiarity with Workday finance workflows including GL, AP, financial dimensions, and legal entities.
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture; able to explain to finance/ops stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset; able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise Workday accounts.
• Guide Workday integration, configuration, and system design with internal teams.
• Assess customer requirements and propose scalable Workday-related solutions.
• Collaborate with onboarding and implementation leads to speed time-to-value.
• Troubleshoot Workday integrations and complex configurations.
• Influence product roadmaps with customer feedback.
