Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant for Enterprise Oracle Cloud deployments based in the United States. You will partner with Activation, Account Management, and Engineering to design financial solutions, integrate Oracle Cloud with Ramp, and guide multi-entity implementations.

You will translate technical needs into scalable roadmaps, troubleshoot integration blockers, contribute to internal docs, and influence product direction by surfacing customer pain points.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical consulting or similar customer-facing technical role.
• 3+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules and enterprise deployment models.
• Deep familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials workflows: GL, AP, Subledger Accounting, multi-org.
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud.
• Guide Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and system design.
• Collaborate with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Support technical workstreams to ensure faster time-to-value and customer success.
• Troubleshoot Oracle Cloud integration blockers and guide complex configuration decisions.
• Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scale Ramp's Oracle Cloud use cases.
• Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling Oracle Cloud feedback to Product and Engineering.
