EmblemHealth is seeking a senior transformation leader to bridge strategy and execution across the enterprise. You will reshape processes, technology and culture by partnering with senior leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes through transformative initiatives.

You will lead multi-workstream programs, align cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs and ensure benefits realization, while challenging status quo to accelerate value and sustain improvements beyond implementation.

Formación

• 10–12 years professional business experience, preferably in health insurance. (Required)
• 7 years’ experience managing large & complex projects, with 5 years in healthcare. (Required)
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-aligned projects (Preferred)
• Significant experience leading complex cross-functional projects or programs. (Required)
• Strong ability to drive initiatives through ambiguity and competing priorities. (Required)
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority. (Required)
• Experience with benefits realization, performance management and change adoption. (Required)
• Proficiency in program governance, financial tracking, data-driven reporting, and transformation practices. (Required)
• Hiring Range: $113,400-$210,600
