• Proven ability to establish lightweight governance for business agility; delivery across methodologies.
• Enterprise-level delivery and transformation across Portfolio, Program and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional transformation programs aligned with corporate strategy and value targets.
• Establish and refine portfolio governance to improve prioritization and performance tracking.
• Provide guidance for execution using waterfall and agile methods; shorten time to value.
• Evaluate and optimize program management tools to support scalable execution.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting for senior leadership.
• Engage executives and functional leaders to define objectives and dependencies.
• Lead change management with communications, training, and engagement tactics.
• Identify risks; develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation across the portfolio.
• Oversee financial management for the Office of the CIO and manage licensing/vendors.
