• 12+ years of progressive leadership in business transformation or related fields.
• 10+ years leading large cross-functional transformation programs.
• Expertise in strategy, operating model design, governance and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into prioritized capabilities and plans.
• Executive-level stakeholder management and influence across teams.

• Lead the business transformation function with technology partners.
• Oversee the transformation roadmap, scope, milestones, and value realization.
• Translate strategy into capabilities, requirements, and delivery plans.
• Maintain executive visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Design governance structures and executive reporting processes.
• Lead cross-functional efforts in process redesign and change adoption.
• Define KPIs, adoption metrics, and benefits realization measures.
