Job summary

WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Transformation Consultant to act as a strategic advisor within the IT organization, guiding enterprise transformation initiatives, optimizing critical business and technology processes, and delivering measurable value.

The role partners with executives, business leaders, and project teams to define future-state operations, drive adoption of new ways of working, and ensure technology-enabled changes deliver business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, process consulting, change management, or enterprise project leadership in IT environment.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise-wide process redesign and transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and organizational change frameworks (Prosci ADKAR or similar).
• Experienced applying structured project execution and delivery methodologies with disciplined planning and governance.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage resistance, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology rollouts or modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to business leaders on transformation and process strategy.
• Lead assessment, design, and re-engineering of end-to-end processes for modernization and scalability.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, current-state assessments, and future-state design sessions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies including stakeholder analysis and training oversight.
• Support enterprise technology implementations and define process impacts to drive adoption of new tools.
• Establish frameworks and best practices for process improvement and organizational change within IT.
• Collaborate with project and product teams to integrate process and change requirements into design and delivery.
• Build relationships with leaders across business lines to promote alignment and sustained process ownership.
