Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in program or portfolio management with enterprise transformation focus.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in large portfolio governance, reporting, and tool optimization (Smartsheet, Jira, Looker).
• Proficiency establishing lightweight governance for business agility; familiarity with Agile, Lean, and waterfall.
• Certification: PMP and SAFe RTE 5.0+ and SPC 5.0+ are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional transformation programs aligned to corporate strategy.
• Establish and refine portfolio management processes and tracking.
• Provide guidance and leadership for program execution using agile and waterfall methods.
• Evaluate and optimize PM tools to ensure data integrity and adoption.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for senior leadership and boards.
• Engage executives and stakeholders to define objectives and manage interdependencies.
• Lead change enablement with communications and training.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and escalate issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the portfolio.
• Oversee financial management for the Office of the CIO and tool licensing.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams with inclusive leadership.
