Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing how-to software training videos for major system implementation projects.
• 1+ years of experience supporting civil engineering or construction teams in the transportation or utilities spaces.
• World-class written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced technological aptitude and digital literacy.
• Ability to make independent progress in complex and dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop system orientation, process overview, and procedural demonstration videos.
• Design outlines, scripts, and storyboards for training activities.
• Interview subject matter experts about work processes, tools, and performance standards.
• Analyze existing training materials for relevance, accuracy, and quality.
• Ensure digital content complies with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
