Role involves developing training guides for enterprise software such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, PMWeb, and eBuilder, and supporting civil engineering teams. Remote in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing software training materials.
• 3+ years of experience supporting civil engineering or construction teams.
• 3+ years of experience supporting custom enterprise software implementations.
• World-class written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced technological aptitude and digital literacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom software training guides, cheat sheets, slide decks, and scenario-based exercises.
• Interview subject matter experts about work processes, technological tools, and performance standards.
• Analyze software documentation for relevance, accuracy, and quality.
• Maintain materials in knowledge bases and learning management systems.
• Prepare training facilitators to deliver materials via training sessions.
• Ensure materials comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
