Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Program Manager for its Enterprise Professional Services team. Based in one of Axon's US hub sites, you’ll support Enterprise customers across multiple products, translating needs into clear requirements and guiding implementations.

This role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services to drive adoption, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. Travel may be up to 30% with a hybrid on-site schedule.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the Professional Services team supporting Enterprise customer implementations across Fusus and additional Axon products.
• Lead discovery sessions with Enterprise customers to understand business processes, operational goals, and system considerations across multiple stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into clear, structured business artifacts, including functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
• Partner with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to support the design and delivery of multi-product solutions.
• Work with customers to configure Axon software solutions in alignment with business objectives and organizational needs.
• Evaluate solution options and trade-offs, providing practical input that supports sustainable and scalable outcomes.
• Design, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing to validate solutions against defined Enterprise use cases.
• Develop and deliver training materials and enablement sessions to support customer adoption and long‑term success.
• Build trusted working relationships with Enterprise customers while collaborating cross‑functionally within Axon to ensure alignment, transparency, and progress.
